Conference Call Regarding the H1 2024 Separate Financial Results

The conference call regarding the separate financial results as of June 30, 2024 will be held
on August 19, 2024, following a rescheduling from August 16, 2024, due to objective reasons
and according to the financial reporting calendar.

EVERGENT Investments will organize the conference call in Romanian on August 19, 2024,
at 15:00, Romania time (CET+1), hosted by:

- Cătălin Iancu – Deputy CEO
- Mihaela Moleavin – CFO
Shareholders are invited to register by sending a request to office@evergent.ro by August
19, 2024, at 11:00 AM, to receive the login ID. The registration request should include the
participant's name, company (if applicable) and e-mail address.
In the Q&A session, we will address the questions submitted in the registration request as
well as those asked live.
