EVERGENT Investments sold the entire holding in Agricola International SA Bacău

EVERGENT Investments SA informs the shareholders that it has sold its shares representing 2.11% of the share capital of Agricola International S.A., a closed company, in the expected valuation parameters, at the fair value according to the National Association of Romanian Valuers and IFRS.

Thus, EVERGENT continues the strategic direction of reducing minority holdings and extracting value from assets, while optimizing the investment processes.
